  • No, you don’t! (But it does have it’s perks!) You can schedule training sessions and take what you learn back to your gym of choice to apply on your own. However, I encourage clients to join American Strength for its motivational atmosphere, clean equipment, and supportive community. Plus, I’m there regularly to answer any questions outside of our sessions!

  • It depends on your specific needs and goals. If you're just starting out, need regular motivation, or are recovering from an injury, working with me 2-3 times a week is usually best. We'll discuss your schedule and build a routine that works for you.

  • In our first session, we'll do a mobility assessment to identify any imbalances or compensation patterns. We’ll discuss how these issues may have affected your movement and quality of life. From there, we’ll create a plan to address these limitations and ensure you're moving well before getting under a barbell.

  • The commitment depends on your goals and the plan we create together. Whether you’re looking for short-term guidance or long-term coaching, we can tailor the program to your needs. I offer flexible options, from single sessions to ongoing training packages, so you can commit at a pace that works for you and your lifestyle.

  • Yes! Nutrition is a key part of achieving your fitness goals. I offer personalized nutrition coaching to complement your training program, focusing on macros, meal timing, and sustainable eating habits. Whether you're cutting, bulking, or looking to improve performance, we’ll tailor a plan that fits your lifestyle.

  • Yes! I’ll provide your macros and caloric intake each week to help you reach your goals, along with explanations for importance behind them. While I can suggest meal ideas, examples, and substitutions, the food choices are ultimately up to you. As your nutrition coach, I’m here to guide you in making healthier decisions that fit your lifestyle and goals.

“Working with Angela has been the best decision I have ever made!

Angela had her hands full with me, as I have a full knee replacement and 3 disc fusion in my neck. Initially, she performed an assessment to see exactly what my limitations were and she provided the tools to effectively improve them as we have gone. All which have helped me learn so much about my mobility, ranges of motion and the “why” behind my training plan.

Angela's coaching is individualized. She gives not only knowledge, but guidance, motivation and a plan. 1:1 sessions with her have helped me with improving my mobility and understanding of good technique.

Angela’s coaching is definitely hands-on and a very direct no nonsense technique to get the desired job done in the most effective and beneficial way.

With Angela, I actually learned how to squat correctly. She taught me how to keep my core strong during the movement which has helped alleviate back problems I have had. Also, she taught me how to properly engage my glutes and I have definitely noticed an increase in glute development from that.

I used to just workout and eat properly and not focus on the little things to make myself better. I now spend time every session working on ROM, breaking up knots, and working on using proper breathing techniques to keep my core safe.

I really enjoyed learning new techniques to help break up my numerous muscle knots and ways to increase ROM with dynamic and static stretching. I am extremely happy with the results.
