Where We Train

In-person posing sessions are held at American Strength Training Center in Maplewood, MN. Our posing room was designed specifically for competitors to perfect their stage presence with optimal lighting, mirrors, and space to practice your routine.

Booking Options

I offer customized posing sessions to fit your needs, whether in-person or online. Sessions are available in multiple formats:

  • 90-Minute Mobility + Posing Session (Ideal for those looking to integrate mobility into their posing practice. If you are not mobile- posing is uncomfortable!)

  • 60-Minute Posing Session (Full posing breakdown and routine development)

  • 30-Minute Posing Session (Quick touch-ups and fine-tuning)

  • Online Posing Sessions via FaceTime or Google Meet (Perfect for competitors who can’t train in person)
